Message Fact:

I ordered the 5 hoses for the PCV system from Bruce, I received the wrong hoses.

Fact:

I called for a High Pressure Hose for a 90 NA and was told you had one in stock. I asked the person to lay hands on it, which he said he did. When I went to buy it, I was then told that the only one you had was for a TT.

Fact:

I bought a simple bolt for the AC compressor, and for 3 weeks and 4 trips to the store, your parts department told me it was there. But when I arrived to pick it up, nobody was able to find it. A minor part, but crucial nonetheless.

I laughed it off and sourced the bolt elsewhere. I made light of it on the forum, and even laughed about the framed 53 cents on the wall of the dealership for months. But YOUR staff decided to make slanderous remarks about ME to your other customers.

FACT:

Your people have lied. No matter which way you want to use semantics, you cannot get around the fact that Butch lied to me about the pricing.

BOTTOM LINE:

Many remember when Courtesy was THE place to go for OEM parts. When someone asked about where to go, "Call Vince at Courtesy" was the universal reply. Since he's been gone, the service has gone into the crapper. When I voiced my displeasure of the lousy service you provided, you decided that I hadn't EARNED (an amazing statement for a public forum, btw) a discount, then lied to me about it. Even though I was still grandfathered, and still a member of ZCOT. That attitude toward the customer is indicative of why you rarely hear people recommending Courtesy on these forums anymore. I'm not pompous enough to think that I had anything to do with that. It's the lousy service and disregard to the customer that has caused that.

I don't have any sponsorships, as you've tried to insinuate. As I have said before, it would be much more convenient to have Courtesy be my shop of choice. I simply receive pricing and service elsewhere that Courtesy used to provide, but the incompetence and unethical behavior on your dealership's part have kept me from recommending.

Your replies to me in the thread make it obvious why that is the case.
